- We have the manufacturing system to meet the need
of the users. We can provide continuing system to cover
from the design to the delivery under the precise quality
control.

- Steel Mold Department
- We ourselves produce all the molds we use.
We have the short-term production system from the trail
steel mold of the thermosetting,
the thermoplastic, and the pressing form to the mass-manufacturing
of 300 t. (The sale
of the steel molds only is not available. )
- Reversible injection department
- We do forming of the versatile plastic material to
the resin with glasses in it ( called
engineering resin ) and P.P.S etc.
Forming of the gears is available from m0.3 ~m2.0 (Helical
gear is made also )
Harden ability Injection Department
- This is the department of Harden ability injection
forming of phenol resins etc. which are excellent in
heat-, electricity-, and chemicals-resistance. They
are widely available for the parts of engine-heat-insulator
for engine (small) , pumping, and various kinds of anti-blasting
functions.
- Compressing Department
- Compressing is to pressure the steel mold with the
material in it, so has advantage in not having weld
line ( joint of the resins) which sometimes causes crack.
We have a long achievement in isolation parts of automobiles.
The number of the compressing is decreasing in Japan
recently. But we have a confidence in the compressing
technology and its quality.
Examination Department- We maintain the size and quality by the flow test
which examine the missing status of thermosetting resin,
by the three-dimensional apparatus such as the measure
of voltage-resistance, by the measure of the figure
and shapes etc. We also report the results of the test
good for the forms of each user.
New Product
- Thermosetting Resin Pulley
This light-weight material is equivalent to iron and
aluminum in strength and performance. We accept small-lot
orders.
